XXH-2005 X-ray Flaw Detection Of Welds equipped with the seletcted 200 kV glass X-ray insert with the beam angle of 30 × 360 ° and 25 × 360 ° option. Under the working voltage of 200kV and focal distance of 600mm, the 200kv x-ray Detection can penetrate 27mm Q235 steel.
X-ray flaw detection of Welds is an inspection method that uses X-ray to penetrate metal materials and forms images with different blackness on the film due to the different absorption and scattering effects of materials on the ray, thus judging the internal defects of materials.
XXH-2005 200kv x-ray Detection can be divided into directional radiation and Panoramic radiation.
The directional radiation is fixed and the cone Angle of the radiation beam is generally between 40° and 45°.
The Panoramic beam radiates X-rays simultaneously on a 360° circle perpendicular to the axis of the X-ray tube.
For the detection of annular weld of large diameter pipe fittings and spherical vessel, the whole weld can be detected by one exposure, thus greatly improving the detection efficiency.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
This XXH-2005 x-ray Detection is composed of intelligent controller x-ray generator, power cable and connecting cable.
1.The controller will consist of the following sections:
Front Panel: LED display, status and failure indicator, touch keyboards (see the introduction of control panel)
Side Panel: power cable socket and connecting cable socket, power switch,key switch, fuse socket, warning lamp and wire connecting terminal of door-machine interlock.
Internal Circuit: power circuit, rectifying circuit, filter circuit, inverter circuit, control circuit and other circuited.
2.The x-ray generator will consist of the following sections:
X-ray tube, High voltage transformer, Temperature relay, Gas pressure gauge and Cooling fan etc.
